Introduction

MANZ has been exhibiting since May 1989 when, as Medal Artists NZ, they had their first show at Fingers Gallery, followed later that month by an exhibition at Star Gallery on K'Rd. The group has continued to exhibit regularly ever since, with MANZ group exhibitions now held annually.  These group exhibitions are curated by a chosen member of MANZ and artists outside of MANZ are occasionally invited to contribute. MANZ members also participate in the bi-annual exhibitions held in international locations by the Federation International de la Medaille (FIDEM), the international member based group for medal makers.
